Young Learners Extension to CELTA

The Young Learner Extension to CELTA is an initial qualification for people with little or no teaching experience teaching young learners. This qualification is the most widely recognised qualification within the ELT profession and represents the next logical step for those who already hold the CELTA award. If you do not hold a CELTA certificate, you can still do the course. However, you will not receive a University of Cambridge endorsement to CELTA, but an internal Certificate of Attendance and a detailed End of Course Report equally valid for future employment.

Course Dates

We are now one of the only 5 centres in Italy offering the Young Learner Extension to CELTA teaching award. Our first course in 2012 will run from Mon 18 to Fri 29 June 2012. Please note that acceptance on the course is not automatic. All candidates must fill in the application form and pre interview tasks and e-mail or fax them back to us.

For Cambridge assessment purposes, it is also necessary to send a hard copy of the application form complete with passport photo.
Interviews can be conducted via Skype or at Giga; we will contact you to make arrangements following receipt of your forms.

COURSE FEES 2012

The course fees are Euro 900,00 which includes all tuition and the Cambridge registration fee.
